“Nuova“ Company Group organizes and develops exclusive projects in strategical locations of Kaunas region, sea region and other locations in Lithuania. Long-lasting experience within the real estate market and corresponding information being managed by specialists of high competence ensure successful performance in the sector of project development.

The activity of the following enterprises covers real estate project management and development:

• renting and selling commercial premises;
• construction of residential houses, blocks of houses, blocks of flats and commercial objects;

• leisure and recreation activity organization in Šventoji.

"Nuova" Company Group manages and rents approximately 40.000 sq.m. of commercial premises, and in the nearest future it intends to put on the market residential area of approximately 55.000 sq.m. “Nuova“ Company Group also manages some premises in the centre of Kaunas city and in the Old Town as well. Those objects are leased successfully under long-term lease contracts.
