Currently the detailed planning of the multifunctional complex is taking place. “Nuova“ Company Group is planning to reconstruct a recreation house “Auksinės kopos“ (‘Golden Dunes”) that is in possession of the Group and is located in the exclusive spot in Lithuania — to equip a professional SPA centre of 2000 sq.m. area, convalescent facilities and to erect a hotel of 6000 sq.m. area. It is intended to be the largest SPA complex in the Baltic States.

At the end of the year 2007, it is intended to start construction work at the site of block of residential houses “Garšvės slėnis“. Currently the project planning of Vaišvydava project is taking place.

Currently the project planning of the prestigious cottage in Kalnų str., on the slope in Šilainiai, is taking place. This place overlooks an amazing view towards the crook of the Nemunas river, pine forests and Kaunas Old Town. The launching of the project is intended in the second quarter of the year 2008.
